David Sawicki is an expert in sales, facilitation, and communication, with his key focus being in business development and client communication. David co-founded Impact Employee Communications, which grew into an award-winning consultancy, working with many of Australia’s largest corporations. David then joined the Ogilvy group as Director of Impact Employee Communications, which partnered with the Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide group.
This company developed as Ogilvy Impact, growing 76 offices worldwide, across the Ogilvy PR network with David completing his tenure as Executive Chairman. David Sawicki’s influence in the industry delivers over an expansive career in which he has consulted and collaborated with the suite of 84 companies within the STW network to create business strategies for growth, pipeline, new business initiatives, and development, as well as working with the engagement of over 4000 staff across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
David’s vision is to help companies crack their toughest leadership challenges and, on the other end of the spectrum, help organisations turnaround and improve their performance to build more profitable businesses. David is also the Founder and Managing Director of Third Wave Ideas, a business advisory consultancy specialising in B2B service companies from agencies to professional service firms.
