Lynnette Edmonds’ career has been devoted to human capital. Combining deep professional expertise with invaluable life experience, she delivers innovative, creative, and commercially impactful talent solutions. Her insights into attracting, retaining, and developing talent have made her a trusted advisor to industry leaders.

Her 30+ year career began as a PR consultant then moved to co-owning PR People - a recruitment business focused on the PR/comms/marketing industry that placed hundreds of candidates and supported dozens of industry leaders - before joining Edelman Australia as Head of People. During the nine-year tenure at Edelman, Lynnette established a separate boutique consultancy which grew from helping individuals advance their careers to representing extraordinary talent, including Grace Tame (2021 Australian of the Year) and Rebecca Prince-Ruiz (Founder of Plastic Free July). She is now in that business full-time and offers full-service solutions in recruitment, HR consulting, and career coaching and mentoring. Lynnette is a certified DISC Flow Trainer.

A passionate advocate for purpose-driven work, she volunteers with organisations including Freedom for Humanity and Fitted for Work and is an active member of GWPR’s (Global Women in PR) Advocacy Committee.

She is a sought-after speaker on topics including employee engagement, recruitment trends, and staff retention, presenting at events like Mumbrella’s CommsCon, NSW HR Leadership Summit, Future of Work APAC, and Workplace Wellness Festival. Lynnette also mentors emerging professionals, helping them navigate and advance their careers.

Off the clock, Lynnette balances life as a mother of four with her love for the outdoors, whether paddleboarding, spinning at the gym, or hiking Sydney’s scenic trails.
