Mandy has had more than 15 years senior management experience in service based industries including travel, recruitment and retail across Australia & internationally. She has worked in a number of functional areas including human resources, operations & sales management and executive general management and progressed her career to CEO level. She worked with leading brands including Harvey World Travel, Flight Centre Group and House of Travel and gained exposure to franchising, managing acquisitions, leading the organization through major brand transformations and significant growth.

Prior to completing a Bachelor of Business in HR Management and she studied social work and psychology at a tertiary level. She believes that building quality relationships internally and externally is fundamental to any business success and has always strived to create cultures that support these.

Outside of business Mandy is a yoga teacher, teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation at some of Sydney’s leading yoga schools. This passion has taken her into the health & wellbeing industry where she is the General Manager of one of Sydney’s largest Yoga & Pilates network of studios.
